class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, o HIIT tem ganhado muitos adeptos e defensores \u00e1rduos sobre sua efici\u00eancia no Emagrecimento, mas antes que possamos falar sobre quais os resultados que esse tipo de treino pode dar em emagrecimento, acho muito v\u00e1lido definir conceitos&#8230;<\/p><p><strong>O QUE \u00c9 HIIT?<\/strong><\/p><p>O termo vem do ingl\u00eas &#8220;<i>High Intensity Interval Trianing&#8221;\u00a0<\/i>(HIIT), que traduzido para portugu\u00eas significa Treinamento Intervalado de Alta Intensidade.\u00a0Pode ser definido de forma simples como <a href=\"https:\/\/physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1113\/JP273196\">per\u00edodos intermitentes de exerc\u00edcio intenso separados por per\u00edodos de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> (passiva ou em baixa intensidade).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>TERMINOLOGIA<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>Embora existam algumas diverg\u00eancias entre os autores sobre a terminologia utilizada, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o usada na revis\u00e3o de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1113\/JP273196\">MacInnis e Gibala (2016)<\/a> \u00a0serve muito bem para nosso prop\u00f3sito no texto.<\/p><p><strong>HIIT<\/strong> &#8211; Esfor\u00e7os acima de 90% da FCM ou acima do Limiar Anaer\u00f3bico.<\/p><p><strong>SIT<\/strong> &#8211; <em>Sprint Interval Training<\/em> &#8211; Tipo mais intenso de HIIT, com esfor\u00e7os acima da velocidade ou pot\u00eancia associada ao VO<sub>2max<\/sub> (iVO<sub>2max<\/sub>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section mais que o treino cont\u00ednuo moderado???<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section D\u00e9ficit Energ\u00e9tico, existem diversos por\u00e9ns nessa frase&#8230; Eu abordo alguns deles <a href=\"https:\/\/rafaellund.com.br\/blog\/deficit-energetico-e-o-drive-principal-para-o-emagrecimento-mas\/\">nesse texto<\/a>.<\/p><p>Partindo dessa premissa, por muito tempo, a maior parte dos estudos em Emagrecimento focava exclusivamente nas calorias gastas durante o exerc\u00edcio, utilizando prioritariamente exerc\u00edcios moderados de natureza cont\u00ednua, que por serem sustentado por mais mais tempo, proporcionavam maior gasto energ\u00e9tico.<\/p><p>Ainda havia uma segunda premissa baseada na Bioenerg\u00e9tica, sobre a via energ\u00e9tica predominante do treino cont\u00ednuo moderado ser oxidativo e, como consequ\u00eancia, usar mais gordura como fonte de energia durante o exerc\u00edcio, mas vou deixar para abordar esse modelo de Emagrecimento em outro momento&#8230;<\/p><p>Enfim, se o objetivo do treino for gastar mais calorias, talvez o treino cont\u00ednuo seja mais efetivo, no entanto, como dito anteriormente, o processo de emagrecimento \u00e9 multifatorial e o exerc\u00edcio tem um papel muito maior do que simplesmente gastar calorias.<\/p><p>Olhando de forma mais abrange para o exerc\u00edcio, diversos pesquisadores come\u00e7aram a estudar as repercuss\u00f5es de outras formas de exerc\u00edcio no Emagrecimento e o HIIT foi ganhando cada vez mais espa\u00e7o.<\/p><p>Num primeiro momento, acreditou-se que o benef\u00edcio adicional do HIIT seria o efeito EPOC. \u00a0Ap\u00f3s centenas de estudos e muitos altos e baixos, foi verificado que a diferen\u00e7a entre um Treino Intervalado e um Treino Cont\u00ednuo n\u00e3o era relevante do ponto de vista pr\u00e1tico.<\/p><p>Vou escrever um post especificamente sobre EPOC no futuro, mas por enquanto, vou deixar algumas refer\u00eancias logo aqui abaixo mostrando que o
