modelo da Balan\u00e7a Cal\u00f3rica Negativa fica ainda mais evidente ao usar um desenho experimental em que os sujeitos atingiam o D\u00e9ficit Cal\u00f3rico Consumindo menos Calorias ou gastando atrav\u00e9s do Exerc\u00edcio a mesma quantidade de calorias.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/10896648\/\">No primeiro estudo<\/a>, homens com IMC maior que 27 e mais de 100cm de circunfer\u00eancia abdominal foram recrutados para participar da pesquisa e divididos em 3 grupos:<\/p><ul><li>Dieta com Restri\u00e7\u00e3o Cal\u00f3rica de 700cal<\/li><li>Exerc\u00edcio Aer\u00f3bico Di\u00e1rio com Gasto Energ\u00e9tico de 700cal<\/li><li>Exerc\u00edcio Compensado (compensavam o gasto energ\u00e9tico do exerc\u00edcio, consumindo a mesma quantidade de calorias)<\/li><\/ul><p>Os Resultados mostraram perda de peso similar entre os grupos que efetivamente estavam em d\u00e9ficit energ\u00e9tico, seja atrav\u00e9s da dieta ou do aumento do gasto energ\u00e9tico com exerc\u00edcio, no entanto, <strong>n\u00e3o houve mudan\u00e7a no grupo que se exercitou e compensou o gasto energ\u00e9tico do exerc\u00edcio comendo dos lados da balan\u00e7a (comendo menos ou se exercitando mais), mas o grande problema dessa abordagem \u00e9 que ela n\u00e3o considera a capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o do nosso corpo.<\/p><p>Diversas adapta\u00e7\u00f5es compensat\u00f3rias metab\u00f3licas e comportamentais tamb\u00e9m fundamentar\u00e3o as diferen\u00e7as na resposta ao tratamento.
