Para que o Hipertrofia (aumento do tamanho do m\u00fasculo) ocorra, \u00e9 preciso que a s\u00edntese supere a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do tempo.<\/p><p>Ou seja, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, ela \u00e9 resultado de per\u00edodos acumulativos de <strong>balan\u00e7o proteico positivo<\/strong>.<\/p><p>O balan\u00e7o proteico positivo se d\u00e1 tanto pela ingest\u00e3o de prote\u00edna atrav\u00e9s da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, quanto pelo est\u00edmulo de tens\u00e3o gerado pelo treinamento resistido.<\/p><p>Logo, para maximizar a hipertrofia, \u00e9 preciso do <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22594765\/\">estresse imposto pelo treino somado \u00e0 ingest\u00e3o de doses adequadas de prote\u00edna<\/a>, n\u00e3o necessariamente em uma janela espec\u00edfica de tempo (&#8220;nutrient timing&#8221; e janela anab\u00f3lica ser\u00e3o aprofundados em posts futuros).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
